RecordLookup provides this request mechanism for privacy choices that may apply under your state law. We will apply a request to personal information controlled by RecordLookup. Third-party partner services have their own privacy processes and may require a separate request.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, passwords, or identity documents through this form unless RecordLookup later asks for specific information through a verified process.

About the opt-out choice
